Hi and wlecome to the Fit as can be blog my name is Robert Murray and I am as regular a guy as you would ever meet, with a huge passion to make the best possible life for me and those around me.
Before entering the world of Online Fitness I was a Pro footballer for ten years for AFC Bournemouth and then when I retired through injury I joined an Insurance company who had insured me , whilst I was very successful and had 2 promotions in 2 years my Free time with my family was getting less and less.
So I left and started Fit as can be.
Anyway…..I made the decision to get involved with Fitness products as I know how much they helped me when I was a young Football player.
